Recently, the DCL unit for HiB grain‑oriented silicon steel of the project has successfully completed ignition and oven‑baking. As the core equipment for high‑end silicon‑steel production, the production line is equipped with self‑developed circular high‑temperature bell‑type annealing furnaces, breaking overseas technological monopolies. The enterprise becomes the first private domestic firm to realize the industrial‑scale application of this complete set of equipment.
Installation of the project’s core equipment is now in its final phase. Leveraging the group’s full‑industrial‑chain strengths, the company is transforming itself into an intelligent manufacturer of high‑end new electromagnetic materials. Subsequent work will focus on production‑line commissioning and market expansion. It will supply high‑magnetic‑induction and low‑core‑loss silicon steel for new‑energy and power‑equipment industries, contributing to the upgrading of regional advanced‑materials industries.
